Great Production Employees, Three Ring Circus Management
Pros
The people putting boots on the ground (not shoes on the desk) are all amazing. I can honestly say of the hundreds of employees, there is not one I disliked during my tenure. There is an amazing sense or comradery , and a lot of these people have been not only coworkers but friends for a long time.
Cons
The cons begin a few years ago. Someone from another company in the area (NB coatings) received a job here of pretty solid influence (I'm being specifically very vague so as not to be removed as I believe this information is very important for current and future employees). This person soon started filling every desirable position that came up with castoffs from their former employer. Two such employees regularly slept amongst their comrades who had been working for the company for long tenures. It became clear later that these two employees had a lucrative new job opening in the company before it was even announced and no current employees were even interviewed for these highly desired positions. Since this point every management position that has opened with two exceptions (out of 7 by my count), has been filled by another person migrating from the aforementioned company. There is no respect given to the men and women who have bled and sweated for that company for years. There is a definite bullying feel that is exuded by this clique. They run off anyone who exposes their ineptitude one way or the other.
