Pros

Good people, flexible and you have the ability to learn a lot if you have initiative. You can makes changes to the processes but change is very slow to work through all the departments. OT is available.

Cons

Not much upward mobility. Training program is being revamp which has been overdue. Benefits and medical cost are not the best.

Pros

Interesting product and Engineering. Some employees are very smart and helpful.

Cons

It's all about who you know in the company. No matter how smart you are your voice will never get heard. It's good old boys club, low pay, no promotion or raise there are no trainings. Lots of upper management, most of managers are veterans and don't care about their staff, they all have their own different processes and standards.
