Pros

The pay checks never bounced.

Cons

As a center manager getting paid a salary you get to work 60 to 70 hours a week. There is no life work balance. The company expanded too fast by buying up losing shops and expect ing the good shops to make up the difference in losses. They won't fix anything I.e broken shop doors, broken equipment and dilapidated buildings.

Pros

The only pro of working for this pxss poor excuse for a 'company' is that they were willing to hire me without a DL or hard copies of my SSN and ID.

Cons

FullSpeed Automotive will stop at nothing to screw over its staff and customers; seemingly even if it costs them a bit of money along the way. They have scraped the bottom of the bare minimum barrel in every capacity, leading to many locations operating without running water due to burst pipes. The number of lies I've witnessed is truly insane: they charge you the same price for an oil change whether you bring your own oil or not, they lie about the condition of your various overpriced maintenance parts, and if you pay with a fleet account, they put words in your mouth to upsell you on things your car doesn't need. I've watched the same car get brand new wiper blames and both filters during the last 6 consecutive oil change visits. You can't get a straight answer from staff about anything regarding your job or its trajectory, meanwhile, nepotism and favoritism run rampant. One person will be fired for making mistakes other employees make daily and both decisions will be justified no matter the mental gymnastics required to do so.
