Cons

Nurse to patient ratio was horrendous and unsafe. Daily mandation and constant threats of disciplinary action. The supervisors weren't even RNs most of the time.

Awful place to work, management doesn’t care if you get hurt. On 2nd and 3rd shift, good luck if you have a code. Not enough staff to help with code.
