Pros

Roughly 10% of the staff actually care about patient care.

Cons

Poorly staffed, incredible turnover rate, poor morale, unsafe. There is no security at this hospital you and your MHS staff are it. On offshore shifts you will be attacked frequently by patients. Management does not support staff that have been injured by these attacks. This is possibly the worst place in employee could ever work. Unfortunately, I actually loved psych nursing… But not in this format. Something has got to change at Fuller.

Pros

As per diem, you have a lot of flexibility. Always shifts available for pick up. If you have high expectations, you'll most likely be disappointed. As long as you show up to work and stay positive it's manageable.

Cons

Pay is not as great. People get mandated if there are call outs, and meals for patients could be better.
