Cons

The hiring process is tedious and takes MONTHS (they contacted me in August and hired me in February next year). You have to rewrite your whole CV in their platform, which is annoying. Once you’re hired, it’s disorganized and “leaders” are not helpful —even though they’re nice. The worst thing? They fire their employees without prior notice and with NO just cause. They fired me alongside different employees on the same day, they DON’T care about our wellbeing and HR was completely ruthless showing ZERO empathy.
