Pros

Too generous with recruitment agencies. No push back from execs for paying agencies 25%+ for every new hire.

Cons

Common sense gone. Fundtech accounting rules make paying 25% to replace you a better deal than paying 2% to keep you. How numbers are played up on the books is all dat matters.

Pros

Can be fine as long as it lasts. See it no more than a temporary job and u won't be disappointed.

Cons

New incoming executives indifferent to the bad morale and turnover in some business units. why should they if those groups are to be phased out. Current lame duck execs finished their job getting fundtech sold. Most up in limbo.

Pros

Management has excellent relationships with recruitment agencies. Management fights very hard to ensure their outside recruiters are richly compensated.

Cons

Not enough employee referrals. Some new hires and employees see this as a big red flag. The over reliance on expensive headhunters is disturbing.
