Good Team and Staff, Able to work on some interesting projects and technologies, worked a lot of hours but sort of made my own schedule

Cons

Very few raises or bonus over the years, heavy schedule and travel, most of the time management was a changing cast of characters

Sr Management received cash bonuses from GTCR private equity now to receive generous stock grants in parent company D+H.

Cons

non-stop rat race to clean up old systems. cleaning up messes left behind from past 15 year. killing yourself on obsolete technologies for 60+ hours per week not what we call career boosts.

Cons

Management and friends have been paid they bonuses. Are done and to leave when contracts expire.
