Only Cons Please don't consider that I am very negative about company I love company a lot but if you are very serious about life do not join the Company for long term

Earlier Fundtech was Israel based company which helped old employees get 25% to 35% every year hence they grew, now these people are trying outside but do not get even interview calls due to existing heavy salary Now it is US based company hence the appraisal has became between 3% to 10% max so think twice even there were 0% this time Appraisals are not on work you do it completely depends upon the relation you have with your manager Relations depends upon the religion, region if it's same then it will help more

Pros

The only pros I can think of is that you can work independently.

Cons

Poor management, no roles laid out, no vision. Company only cares about bottom line and so cheap about everything except when it comes to spending millions for an inept ERP system that does not work and is not customized for the work that is done. Backstabbing by Management and Office Politics is common place. Also, have a real year-end review that really means something and can determine raises and promotions but not the sham that it really is.

Nice office. Good job security. Stable company. No more to say other than that.

Cons

Anyone is expected to work many extra hours. Very bad work process organization. Code quality is under any acceptable limit. Salary level is under average.
