Pros

Great people, decent benefits, relaxed work environment

Cons

Unfortunately, Fuse suffers from an outdated and antiquated approach to marketing… Recycling old tactics, using Excel to manage programs, lack of content and creativity, and paying interns and new hires well below market average. Upper management is continually deploying bait & switch tactics on both clients and employees by understaffing projects and promising changes. Everyone has too much going on and things constantly fall through the cracks. Lack of career development and transparency on company financial earnings.

Pros

Occasionally you get to work with cool clients, but the end product always gets filtered through a fuse template that drains creativity.

Cons

Pay well below market value. Cliquey office culture. Established, stubborn, stale, upper management team that's been there too long. Empty DEI initiatives. Leadership that is either uninvolved or says one thing and does another.
