Pros

Excellent benefits, generous time off, talented co-workers, forward thinking / approachable leaders, great office environment (dog-friendly, rec space / fitness / yoga on-site, free coffee). You are really treated like family and everyone works together toward common goals!

Cons

Salaries could be higher, even though the benefits round things out for nice total compensation package.
