Pros

If you need to start your career this might be the place for you. Office events and flexible kind of environment. Young crowd and you can easily make friends too.

Cons

The top managers have been biased, most of them themselves do not have enough work experience outside Fusemachines. False promises are often given to you. You will have no say in your raise. Your voice will never be heard. Chances are you might never get the foundation that you needed. Some people are given job titles without qualifications. For example product manager/product owner... Most of the things they say doesn't even make sense. They aren't professional when it comes to giving opinions. Also, nobody in the company knows how to deal with list of complains. They just take notes and nothing good happens after that. Being an IT company, they take years to provide laptop to employees. Well, list goes on. It has a vision but a blurry one.

Pros

Flexible, friendly and good learning environment.

Cons

-Biasness. -Nepotism and Favoritism. (Bhai, Bahini, Chora, Buhari, Bhanja, Bhanji, Bhatija, and Bhatiji got - promoted and appreciated) -Top-level management is bureaucratic. -Low Salary. -Employees who are victims of favoritism and nepotism form groups, leading to the prevalence of gossip and the formation of political alliances, ultimately creating a toxic work environment. -Budget never gets approved by the finance department, they always want the cheapest quotation with a high-quality product which sounds so pathetic.
