      - Salary on time. - Work from home.

      Cons

      - Lack of management. - No employee recognition. - Bargain for salary and position. - Position in the organization is directly proportional to the amount of year spent on the organization, here no skills and expertise is recognized. - Monotonous work, huge gap between senior and junior engineers. - Very low pay and allowances. - Lack of training and adoption of new technologies resulting in a lack of growth of technical growth.

      I thought I'd earn decent wages

      Absolutely toxic work culture. Ideas and suggestions from Nepal's office are swept under the rug or blatantly stolen by New York office and not credited. Workers are looked down upon. Egocentric "supervisors" who don't supervise anything. Will Absolutely drain you of any originality or creativity you may possess. Pay is crap too. Do not have high hopes.

      No such pros that i can think of.

      I've had a frustrating experience working with Fusemachines. Salary is very low compared to market value Major problem is the lack of proper communication. There seems to be no clear direction or transparency on important matters, leading to confusion and inefficiency. I hope these issues are addressed for the sake of the current employees and the company’s overall growth.
