Pros

I like the culture here...high-tech...high energy..hard workers everywhere. I made a lot of friends here and I feel appreciated. The benefits are second to none-great medical/dental, competitive PTO, flexible work hours, make up time and 401k-4%matching!

Cons

Incredibly fast-paced environment. You must keep up and be able to multi-task. There is a lot of information to learn all at one time. It's technology, but also in the automotive space...so if you don't know about either space, you need to put your thinking cap on at all times and learn fast. The company is always innovating new ideas and developing new tools, so it's best to keep up, ask questions and proactively stay involved- or you might get left behind..

Pros

I started here 4 years ago today. I have seen massive growth over this time. I have never worked at a company where they made you feel more like family than fusionZONE does. From personal to professional needs they always have my back.

Cons

Can be a bit stressful at times. You do have to be a juggler however hard work always pays off here.

Pros

If you're thinking about applying to fusionZONE, DO IT! You would not regret entering this work place. The work environment is fun and professional. They promote from within. Opportunity to grow within the company, learn new skills, and I'm never bored. The management is great they're always willing to help, and never let me down. I've never had a management team, especially the company CFO who encourages me to strive better, always asking if there's anything she could do to help me improve myself. I love it.

Cons

The temperature. Its a solid 65 degrees all day everyday. Bring a sweater.
