Happy Happy Happy! I like it here and found my creative "home".

Pros

I really like working for this company. I have been employed here for almost 2 years working in the Graphics department. It's my home away from home. When people ask me "Do I like my work"? I always reply with a resounding "Yes"! I do enjoy my work. I like it because my team leader continually recognizes me for my hard work, creative designs and good attitude. The people here have great energy and it's contagious. I like the creative work that I produce, flexible work hours, benefits, my co-workers, fun atmosphere and especially the overtime that is offered during busy weeks! It's been a win-win for me. I have had several raises wthin the last 2 years. Social events are fun, too!

Cons

Trying to move up, but there is no movement in the team lead positions.

Pros

• Beautiful professional work office and atmosphere in a beautiful location • Management shows care beyond the office; I felt valued as a team member AND as an individual • Fun company socials and holiday-themed events and luncheons with bonuses • Youthful, vibrant yet still respectful work environment • As a graphic designer, I felt a lot of creative freedom to design things of all sorts-- whether it was for print or digital • fusionZONE has the benefits of a startup (it was easy to voice any thoughts or suggestions to not only the team leader, but also various department leads and even the founders!) but has the growth and stability of a much larger company

Cons

• The office is beautiful but it is also subterranean; so not a lot of natural light throughout the entire space
