Pros

This company is always on the up and up, new business every day and a lot of work to keep you busy. They also just got a brand new office with great amenities, including a ping pong table! Nice benefits are offered as well.

Cons

The work can be a little repetitive.

Pros

Working at fusionZONE was generally a positive experience. I was able to learn a lot quickly due to high volume in an agency environment. The day-to-day challenges kept me engaged, focused, and helped me to grow professionally. The staff is full of mostly young, energetic, and entertaining people. The partners seem invested in building up the company from a client volume standpoint and innovating within the field. Beautiful new office/facility.

Cons

Overall, it seems like management was mostly reactive and like there was minimal effort dedicated to evaluating or incentivizing employees. There isn't much transparency and there is a fair amount of micro-management. Industry-specific clients are for the most part exactly what you'd expect. Dress code doesn't really make sense for a web development agency. These are all very nit-picky, and I'd still emphasize working here was a fantastic experience. fusionZONE falls short of dream job material for the reasons above.

Pros

I enjoy all aspects of this job and environment I have only been treated in the upmost respect by management, co-workers, as well as upper management. I have never had a problem with any aspects of the job. I like that I have a lot of people to turn to for help if ever needed.

Cons

Office environment can be a bit confined. But that will be solved soon.
