The black out days for using PTO, The mandatory Overtime. The Numbers over serving members ideology, so that the numbers or met for OPM.

Proximity, initial family feeling,good benefits at the beginning

Cons

Too many executives for the size of company. Benefits taken away, or made more expensive. Family atmosphere is long gone.

There are some great people working here.

Cons

There are some extremely toxic people working at GEHA. Colleagues constantly berate other teams. Observed coworker belittled over mistakes that are very easy to make. Ignorance of the harassment protocols is rampant with coworkers rating women like cars. More focused on the failing KC Chiefs advertising and branding than worker compensation.
