      Pros

      There really are great benefits offered at GEHA. Paid holidays, PTO isn't bad you get 12 days a year but you do not get them all up front which could be a negative to some.

      Cons

      Too top heavy. Many changes that seem to not make sense, confusing and not clearly explained when employees ask questions. Many frustrated employees currently. Job is very stressful! Pay is not that great, but if you are benefit driven it may not matter about the pay. Required over time constantly. No room for advancement which is frustrating if you want to grow with company and change roles.

      Pros

      Fairly easy going environment. Nice people. Technology has definitely improved over the last few years. Trying to move away from a heavy process driven way of doing things.

      Cons

      Unnecessarily complex processes for getting things done. As a result, even the simplest things seem to take a long time to happen.
