      Growing fast, Opportunities for new exciting positions for people joining the company.

      Cons

      Internal staff overlooked opportunities due to the need to keep good people in the right roles. Too many managers, not enough resources. Accountability is only present in certain depts. Does not pay sick days

      Pros

      - Inspiring and unforgettable remote onboarding experience - Leaders at all levels are non-hierarchical, candid and genuinely good humans - There is SO much to do and SO much opportunity - You will NOT be bored here - The organization was founded by someone who knows how to step back and let her "baby" breathe (in this case the baby is a billion$ idea, but still!) - The existing culture is amazing and is maintaining transparency as it grows, which is not an easy task

      Cons

      - Environment is very fast-paced and ever-changing, things move very quickly and sometimes this means communication might fall through the cracks, it's typically unintentional and is getting better - Growing really rapidly, which can sometimes cause growing pains, but that's completely natural
