      Pros

      I like that the company "walks the talk" of its values (listed on the website) - in particular of treating others as you would expect to be treated, and transparency both with clients and coworkers. The company listens to ideas and it's satisfying to see some of those implemented - very empowering. And who can argue with a paid 6-week sabbatical after 5 years? Amazing that a company of this size offers such a large company benefit.

      Cons

      Most of the employees work virtually, and keep in touch via skype, phone and online meetings. If you like to work with a team physically in an office, this would not be the place for you.

      Pros

      I enjoy a rewarding challenge and have learned more with this company than any other business or classroom. It is fast paced and quickly growing. It is exciting to be a part of a new company with a large market opportunity for continued growth.

      Cons

      As an international business, you may be required to be flexible on your working hours in order to reach certain deadlines.

      This company is great because it's led by a one-of-a-kind CEO. The CEO and management team have a 'work hard, get rewarded well' mentality, while also maintaining a very human aspect through the company. Employees at GP truly feel that they are working together to build something great, while ensuring the best customer experience possible.

      Cons

      Long hours are often required due to rapid growth and the international aspect of the business.
