      Pros

      Teleworking, some of the team members were great.

      Cons

      Micromanagement everywhere, upper managenent promotes the vision but does the complete opposite. Expect to work 70 hour weeks. Extremely high turn over rate for a company of this size. I'm suprised to see so many positive reviews about this company.

We have found that people often report high stress levels when the role or the company is not the right fit. Part of our success is due to the fact that we have retained the best and brightest employees who are the right fit for the right job. We’ve had wonderful, smart people join our team who simply were not the right fit. We realize that startup culture, and our culture in particular, is not right for everyone. We value and respect everyone who has worked for our organization, and appreciate feedback.       I wouldn't want to work anywhere else

      Pros

      I think that the biggest pro in working at GP is the team. Everyone gets along and make you want to wake up every morning to come to work. Working at GP is never boring since things are constantly changing and there are always new challenges. I have worked in a large organization as well as a small one and Globalization Partners is hands down the best place I have worked at and I am excited to see what's ahead for the company.

      Cons

      There can only be a con if one doesn't like working with creative and fun people.
