      Pros

      I joined GP last year and everything has been amazing. They’re rocking the remote working set up. You won’t feel like a stranger on your first day because everyone is just happy to have you and they’d give you the warmest welcome! The training modules and the onboarding process is pretty spot on, too. There is always an opportunity to grow and there’s always something new each day. GP is also employee focused so I can definitely say that they truly care about their employees. Proud to be part of this Dream Team!

      Hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Fantastic culture! I get to work with friendly talented people from around the world! The pay and benefits are great. Opportunities all around for growth and development! And to top it off it’s a women run company with women developers on almost every team! Quite impressive for tech!!!

      could do with a more agile approach to tech instead of the more business approach
