      Pros

      The people of this company are amazing. It seems hard to believe from the outside or when you first join, but there is amazing camaraderie at GP. It is filled with hard-working, smart, kind people that it is a joy to help build the company together. Additionally, the diversity of the global team is amazing!

      Cons

      This is a fast-growth company that has a lot of change. I love it as I never get bored, but that environment is not a good fit for everyone.

      small in-country team and it can be overwhelming sometime that you have to take care of everything alone.

      Amazing people work here - all rock stars! Remote-first is a real thing here, which is awesome! Ability to work with fellow employees all around the world every day! Great leadership!! Hands down - the best onboarding program - you truly feel valued here! It is a fun place to work!
