      Exciting role helping organizations expand internationally, rather easy sale no technical demonstration needed more of a consulting approach

      Cons

      Culture- very clicky, extremely micromanaged, compensated on number of MSAs signed not % of deal- if you are happy with quarterly bonuses this could be a good fit for you but if you are motivated by closing large deals and earning a % of the deal this wont happen here. These deals could be easily $50,000+ to the company and you wont see any of it

As part of our commitment to this journey, last year we changed our compensation plan and the variable compensation is paid out monthly. We are also really happy to report that in a recent survey our Revenue team came in at 94% engagement levels where employees' happiness with their jobs and compensation scored on top percentiles.
