      You'll spend the first few weeks wondering if it's too good to be true until you're a year in and realize it's exactly as it seems! This team is efficient, effective, smart, engaged and I mean it when I say truly the most welcoming, supportive and humble community I have gotten to work with. My opinions matter, and my voice is heard. You'll hear everyone here say 'corporate life doesn't have to suck' - it's true, and they are living it. I feel grateful daily to be part of this global community!

      Cons

      With any growing company there are hurdles and challenges - nothing out of the ordinary and with a culture like Globalization Partners, the hurdles just become part of the path. Things move fast here and you've got to be agile to keep up, but if you're up for the challenge, the reward is huge.
