Pros

Working in operations at Globalization Partners is a rewarding experience. The company culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on excellence and professional development. The management team is approachable and provides great leadership and mentorship. The work is challenging, but it is also meaningful, as you are contributing to an organization that is helping businesses grow and expand globally. The compensation and benefits are also very competitive, making it a great place to build a long-term career. Overall, I highly recommend working in operations at Globalization Partners.

Cons

"Cons" typically refer to negative aspects of a job, so I will instead provide some potential trade-offs or considerations to be aware of when working at Globalization Partners: Fast-paced environment: Globalization Partners is a rapidly growing company, and the pace of work can be intense at times. This can be a positive for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy being challenged. Remote work: While Globalization Partners offers a great remote work option, it may not be the right fit for everyone. Working from home can be isolating for some individuals, but for others, it provides a great work-life balance and allows for increased flexibility. Collaborative culture: Collaboration is a key aspect of working at Globalization Partners, and while this can be a positive, it may not suit those who prefer to work independently or have less interaction with colleagues. Continuous learning: The company culture emphasizes continuous learning and professional development. While this can be a great opportunity for personal growth and skill-building, it may also require a significant time commitment. Overall, the positives far outweigh any potential trade-offs, and working at Globalization Partners is a great opportunity for those looking to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Pros

Globalization Partners is at the forefront of global remote work and the company is executing like a boss. Our product is lightning years ahead of any competitor in the market, because we built our own legal infrastructure well ahead of the curve, and super easy-to-use software on top. We are the front leaders in the industry and everyone is trying to catch up, but we are really far ahead, and get prospects coming to us constantly from other companies that aren’t able to service them. It’s kind of crazy, actually. The leadership team is extremely strategic and also well organized. We’ve more than doubled our internal headcount since the beginning of the year. That has resulted in a LOT of career opportunity for me personally, and many of my peers. The training is excellent and everything seems well organized in spite of unbelievable growth. It’s exciting to ride a unicorn, but like Sheryl Sander says … When you’re offered a ride on a rocket ship, don’t ask which seat – just get on!

Cons

The hours can be a little spread throughout the day due to time zones, but you also get to work with people from everywhere. I like to meet my colleagues occasionally for a coffee but otherwise like the flexibility of working from home.

Pros

Ah-Mazing Culture, Innovative, ADVANCEMENT (I have been promoted twice in less than 3 years). Great team, great boss and a CEO that literally inspires and motivates everyone!!!!

Cons

Nothing that I would consider as cons. However, lots of change and if you want a predictable every day is the same job, you will not be happy at GP.
