      Pros

      Great colleagues, great cultures, great boss, great company outlook, great work life balances. What else can I say, not being disrespectful to the previous companies i have worked for as i have enjoyed my time there, but this is by far the best company i've ever work for.

      Cons

      Its fast paced company, thing changes quickly, so it might not be for everyone.

      amazing colleagues, focus on triple bottom line (employees, clients, shareholders), great business model and a solution that companies need, fast pace, very entrepreneurial at every level with the stability of an established company

      Cons

      if you don't like figuring things out as a team and moving quickly, it's probably not the place for you
