This is the only organization I have ever worked for in my entire career that truly "walks the talk". The culture here is amazing! They expect greatness - and everyone works hard. The thing is you really want to work hard because you are valued here. This company gets it that in order to continually grow, you need to listen and learn from the front line employees. They not only want your input, but they value it and implement ideas. This is why we are the leader in our space. I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of an amazing organization, and an amazing team. Cons
There really are no cons from my perspective. However, if you want consistency - doing the same thing every day this may not be the place for you. We are growing and you need to be flexible as this organization is constantly striving to improve processes and procedures in order to better serve our clients.
