      -Great office and company culture. -Motivated Exec team and staff. -Great vision and smart business plan. -Awesome locations (in multiple places). -Always something going on but at the same time we work well enough together that you are encouraged to take your time off. -Get to work with so many cool professionals (internal and external). -Self Management. -Very open and communicative culture.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture where every employee contributes and is supported. Outstanding management team and leadership. Amazing things in our future. Truly looking to prove that corporate life doesn't have to suck, and making the world a smaller place - love the business model and what we stand for.

      Cons

      You need to like startup life - things are dynamic, and for everyone here that's exactly how we thrive. This is not the place if you need everything fit in a box for you and being told how to do your job. Everyone here is self-managing and self-motivated.
