Pros

This is the only organization I have ever worked for in my entire career that truly "walks the talk". The culture here is amazing! They expect greatness - and everyone works hard. The thing is you really want to work hard because you are valued here. This company gets it that in order to continually grow, you need to listen and learn from the front line employees. They not only want your input, but they value it and implement ideas. This is why we are the leader in our space. I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of an amazing organization, and an amazing team. The future is bright here and I am so excited to learn and grow each and every day. Thank you, Globalization Partners!!!!!

Cons

There really are no cons from my perspective. However, if you want consistency - doing the same thing every day this may not be the place for you. We are growing and you need to be flexible as this organization is constantly striving to improve processes and procedures in order to better serve our clients.

Pros

The best part about GP is the team and the culture. This is the most innovative, inspiring, upbeat, and supportive workplace I've ever worked. The people who work here are SMART, fun, and are always willing to help each other. Its a team that learns from mistakes rather than looks for someone to blame. I also like that by providing a human-based service, our product is eco-friendly and sustainable. The company is flexible with work hours and locations - many people work remotely in the US and all over the world.

Cons

One downside of having flexible work hours and locations is that you may work with people you've never met face to face, so its important to take initiative to create relationships with co-workers and be proactive. That could be a challenge for some. Also, international work requires attention at a variety of times, and sometimes weekend. Most of us are used to that, but if you like to confine your work hours to 9-5, you may not love it.
