      Pros

      If you are looking for a fun team of incredibly smart, hard working people in a fast growing market this is the place for you! The company is growing at a fast pace but the team is focused on staying true to their core values and maintaining a positive culture. Everyone contributes and employees are in a position to have a big impact in a short period of time. There are some exciting plans ahead over the next 12-18 months and there is tremendous market potential in this industry!

      Pros

      I think that the biggest pro in working at GP is the team. Everyone gets along and make you want to wake up every morning to come to work. Working at GP is never boring since things are constantly changing and there are always new challenges. I have worked in a large organization as well as a small one and Globalization Partners is hands down the best place I have worked at and I am excited to see what's ahead for the company.

      Cons

      There can only be a con if one doesn't like working with creative and fun people.
