      You always felt you could be fired at any minute

      Pros

      Fully remote work Systems were quite open and it was easy to access personal email, socials etc.

      Cons

      Fully remote work meant it was incredibly hard to make meaningful connections. Senior leaders hiring their buddies from previous companies. Dogmatic spoofers in C-suite positions - not people you'd want to follow. The work felt meaningless with the company constantly trying to automate processes for relatively little gain. And to top it all, you felt the sword of Damocles could fall at any minute. This wasn't an unwarranted feeling as people were being let go (with no notice) all the time.

      Remote work, many great co-workers

      Cons

      Unstable CEO who can't take ownership of her own mistakes. Revolving door in senior leadership: the COO, CHRO, CEO and CRO have all been fired or quit in the 18 months. Constantly shifting priorities. Everything is a fire drill.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to what they would pay someone with same expertise and talent in the USA, they obviously take advantage of hiring in “cheaper” labor markets. They also lack a clear vision of their product and make desperate decisions that lead to bad results. They’ve had several layoff rounds in the past two years.
