      Pros

      Remote work used to be a significant advantage, but that's no longer the case under the new Indian management. The senior management team is made up of outdated leaders whose thinking seems stagnant.

      Cons

      High-level politics and micromanagement dominate the organization. Employees in lower positions are expected to agree to everything without question. Management only wants to hear positive news. Meetings are consistently derailed by status updates. Planning is disregarded, with arbitrary deadlines imposed. Management hires those who flatter them while firing those who present logical arguments. If you're considering joining, don't expect a long-term future here. HR offers no support in dealing with management issues.

      - It can get tough sometimes but management still listens to employees feedback. Sometimes, we just have to understand their situation as well.
