      Working with great and supportive people.

      Cons

      Constant shift and management. One day you can be working and the next be fired for no specific reasons other than a "decision by management".

      Exciting role helping organizations expand internationally, rather easy sale no technical demonstration needed more of a consulting approach

      Cons

      Culture- very clicky, extremely micromanaged, compensated on number of MSAs signed not % of deal- if you are happy with quarterly bonuses this could be a good fit for you but if you are motivated by closing large deals and earning a % of the deal this wont happen here. These deals could be easily $50,000+ to the company and you wont see any of it

      Thank you for sharing your feedback - as a growing business, we are always looking to improve. As part of our commitment to this journey, last year we changed our compensation plan and the variable compensation is paid out monthly. We are also really happy to report that in a recent survey our Revenue team came in at 94% engagement levels where employees' happiness with their jobs and compensation scored on top percentiles.

      Pros

      Service provided is top notch as well as the professional people who support the clients.

      Cons

      The environment is very "clicky" especially with the Executive team. CEO does changes her mind and doesn't follow through as promised.
