Pros

- Fully remote work - Met some smart and ambitious people.

Cons

The person who hired me was laid off three months later and I took on their responsibilities. That's when I learned that the people who previously held that position were also very quickly laid off. Four months later, they laid me off. Two months after that, they laid off the person who laid me off. And one month after that, they laid of the person who laid that person off. At a certain point, even the least perceptive among us must realize that the problem is not with all the people who get laid off so quickly. It's an org that's rotten to the core.

Pros

Teleworking, some of the team members were great.

Cons

Micromanagement everywhere, upper managenent promotes the vision but does the complete opposite. Expect to work 70 hour weeks. Extremely high turn over rate for a company of this size. I'm suprised to see so many positive reviews about this company.

We'd like to respond to this review because our company culture is incredibly important to us, as is the high value we place on our training program, which enables us to prepare employees to serve our clients, and maintain our extraordinarily high client satisfaction ratings. We have found that people often report high stress levels when the role or the company is not the right fit. Part of our success is due to the fact that we have retained the best and brightest employees who are the right fit for the right job. We’ve had wonderful, smart people join our team who simply were not the right fit. We realize that startup culture, and our culture in particular, is not right for everyone. We value and respect everyone who has worked for our organization, and appreciate feedback. We wish you the best in your next role and all your roles, and thank you for your contribution to Globalization Partners while you were here.

We'd like to respond to this review because our company culture is incredibly important to us and it is one of our highest priorities as a management team to build a culture we are all proud of. This review was written by an employee who was on board for only 3 days. We terminated at the end of the third day due to consistently late arrival times and because the individual seemed to have difficulty paying attention during the training. It's always difficult when a new colleague is not a match and we regret any negative experience anyone had with our firm. A fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment is not for everyone, but we do invest substantially in training, company culture and benefits. We do give employees breaks and we also have great benefits! That data speaks for itself and we welcome any questions regarding our benefits.
