Pros

Remote work, decent pay some smart people

Cons

Appear strong when your weak, weak when your strong. This company will fade away as competitors eat their lunch. Leadership knows it and is trying to sell at the highest price possible. CEO is an egomaniac.

Pros

- Remote work, although it is a 24-hour clock.

Cons

- One of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career. It is worth the time to research prior to coming to work here......ASK QUESTIONS! - Toxic environment - you consistently hear how 'culture' is so important.....however, I have never seen both leaders and co-workers undercut each other for no reason. No integrity whatsoever. - Lack of direction and strategy. It is more important to check the box than making a long-term difference. - Layoffs happen all the time and very minimal communication/follow-up from leadership.

Pros

- Can work remotely - Cool office in Boston, sponsor of the Patriots - Has some talent on sales team to learn from, although top people have been quitting/searching elsewhere

Cons

- Not good pay - every sales team member is making between $100k and $180k OTE, the #1 salesperson probably doesn't even clear $200k - Company has become a dinosaur: never innovates anything, has not grown significantly in two years. And is overpriced compared to market demand - Limited opportunities for large deals, without any notable pay difference for any type of deal whether a fake signature or a huge deal - Sales team leadership has been a revolving door, CRO was fired and hasn't been replaced for four months and counting - Company has a culture of silence and favoritism where people are afraid to speak up. They have fired several salespeople already just because they would not drink the company kool aid and ask questions - wasn't related to merit - Marketing has been terrible for years, lead supply has been a problem
