      There are some good people who work at G-P. The industry is growing in popularity.

      There is no job security. Favoritism is at play always and if you don't drink the G-P kool-aid you'll likely feel like you're on the outs.

      Culture of Fear and Lacking Collaboration

      Remote work with people all over the world.

      Cons

      Executive team is aggressive and fighting amongst themselves creating a top down culture of fear and preventing collaboration. Having worked at many companies, I can say hands down this is the most toxic place I have experienced. It's look out for your self and who cares about what's best for the business. Focus is on keeping your job vs growing the business and collaboration.
