      -Remote work -Global Team -Flexible Hours

      Cons

      -Worst Management leadership: after changing the CEO 2 times in 2 years and laying off massively every November. The company provide no sense of security for the people who are staying. Doesn't matter if you are the best in the team, they can fire you no matter the efforts you put in. -No clarity in the visions: Every department is in a race for survival and is always insecure if they might stay or not. The leadership do not know what they want. The aim and goals for the company can change any minute. -It feels like that the company is just carrying forward without any plans and just laying off people whenever they want to balance the losses.

      When joined 3 years ago everything was like a real Dream Team. Management cared and was professional, all team had a mindset that *we are all in this together* and was fully loyal to the company as we felt the company is loyal to us. Since, we had 2 mayor layoffs and many minors. They let go employees who created the fundamental grounds in particular countries, who were top performers, highly educated and gave their hearts into the company mission. I does not matter at all what you do here and who you are, unless you are a favourite of someone from management. Management frequently changes their mind -what,-when-,how- they want and the communication is extremely poor to say the least. Unfortunately you are just a number and the fear of on which day they decide you are no longer needed is always there. Therefore the energy what sticks people together are long gone. Huge disappointment.
