Pros

Remote work was the only pro.

Cons

• The continue to brag externally about their "record-breaking" 2022, yet laid off 10% of the people responsible for their supposed success • They went about the layoffs in the most direspectful way by continuing to spend on their executives' roadshows then informing the staff they are laid off right after or even when they are on-leave. • Upper management are like bad social media influencers who constantly post in Linkedin but don't know or embody anything that they talk about • The company continues to waste time internal discussions about their competitors, but in reality the competition doesn't even know who they are or view them as a threat. • Why trust an employer on record who can't even maintain their own employees?

Pros

100% remote working condition. Niche industry.

Cons

Treated employees disrespectfully. Especially during exit. Everything is unclear for their own employees (benefits entitlement, company policy etc etc) Too focus on gaining profit and neglected own employees well being. Very limited internal movement. No career progression.

In October, we rolled out enhancements to our benefits based on employee feedback with the intention of creating more consistency globally. During that period, we hosted internal huddles in different time zones to share and discuss these enhancements and shared the benefits broadly through all of our channels. Pros

Globalization partners is a great place to work. The onboarding welcome is just fantastic - you are welcomed into the job.

Cons

The only downside I have with the great company was my manager. I don't think this covers all managers - as lots of them are very good. My boss however was stuck in the past as a micro manager and used people as scapegoats to cover his inabilities.
