3yThank you for sharing your thoughts on your time at G-P. We’re glad you appreciated our remote-first culture. The realignment of our teams that you reference was not a decision we took lightly. And although it impacted less than 10% of our team globally, we know that it was significant for every person it affected. Our path forward necessitated that we better align our teams with our multi-year plan.
