      Pay and benefits are good but YOU'LL NEVER FEEL SECURE ABOUT YOU JOB.

      Cons

      1. The executive team have all the chances through company-wide meetings and events to be transparent about the situation, but they will sugar coat everything and tell you that the company is stable. The next day, they are laying off hundreds of employees.... humans. Leaving everyone clueless and in shock why we were let go and what were the criteria on who's staying and who's going. 2. They splurged on overseas events for employees to meet up and then when you go back to your home country, SURPRISE!! YOU ARE NO LONGER EMPLOYED. 3. Growth of employees is not their mandate. 4. Even if you are a high performing employee with a lot of potential, if you don't have anyone from the management to back you up... you will never go up or worst is you will be terminated or laid off. 5. Negative politics are very rampant- before the lay off, a lot of people who are nothing but great employees have been removed from the organization for... of course unknown reasons. 6. They don't have a clear outlook on where the company is going.

      The recent realignment of our teams was not a decision we took lightly and although it impacted less than 10% of our team globally, we know that it was significant for every person it affected. Our path forward necessitated that we better align our teams with our multi-year plan. That said, we want to reaffirm that we believe in investing in, and supporting, our people.       There are no pros for working for this company.

      Cons

      Leadership. Disorganised, frenetic workplace. Smoke and mirrors - full of pretence, focus changes all the time (daily). Work life balance. Lack of respect for employees. Leadership (it is worthy of noting here twice).

      None any more they used to be great now they just another company

      They are not a toxic company at all and in paper is probably better than a lot but for the ones that they keep firing with no reason well sucks
