      Pros

      People are amazing and the culture is open and supportive. Remote-first environment and global team so I get to work with people all over the world from my home! Projects are challenging and things move quickly. Benefits are always improving and employee wellness is a big focus.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, so not for everyone.

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities, lots of tools for staying engaged with your colleagues who are of course all remote too.

      Cons

      As a rapidly growing company, some functions do not exist or are still nascent. This can slow decision-making at times but is improving quickly. Most key decision-makes are US-based so days and occasionally evenings will need a lot of time on the phone (something to be aware of if considering a role, fairly normal otherwise).

      Company invests a lot of time in employee progression and learning Even though there are over 1000 employees it feels like you know everyone Executives and Directors make time for everyone
