G&D is a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with lots of overtime opportunity for those who are willing.

Cons

Communication between management to it's subsidiaries, and from customer service to operations aand to customers is inadequate.

Pros

Company is making fast changes with new leadership. Lots of dead weight has been reduced from management. Only hard working, focused team remains. Putting more focus on lower level employees to increase engagement. Morale is going up and customers are already happier!

Cons

Change is hard, so is stressful, lots to change so it will take some time.
