      Way too many employees - the work could be done with way less roles. They have grown to fast and lost site of the family oriented business they once were.

      Great culture and values, wonderful leadership

      Pros

      G3's culture is great and their values are carried out by all leaders and felt deeply by all employees. G3's benefits are amazing, especially as it relates to their 401k. G3 has a strong leadership team and they encourage and guide employees with their career development.

      Cons

      Hope to see some company events return since the pandemic is over.

      Talented employees who are hard-working, dedicated, professional. Treat each other with respect and dignity. Continuously challenged to do great work and supported by Senior Leadership. Fabulous benefits and competitive pay. Opportunity for growth and development at all levels.
