      Pros

      There are some really smart people here, and G42 is clearly on the rise. It seems to have unlimited resources and if you can convince management you have a case for something, you’ll get the funding. The work is interesting and most people are easy to get along with. This place is only for the ambitious - don’t expect to join and cruise.

      Cons

      The hours can be long due to the high profile clients and projects we have.

      Good salary, and nothing more

      Cons

      - Terrible management. "Provide new feature right to the production in 30minutes" - it's normal stuff for this company - HR just ignores you in 80% cases. - Communication with the team is OK, but every communication outside (HRs, Managers, etc.) - again 80% ignore - I was interviewed to Big Data Engineer position. In fact, there was no any Big data at my department. I was trying to move to another department, but manager was intentionally ignoring this. Process started only when I talked with CEO (!). But transition still failed under strange circumstances
