      Package overall is average Good relationship with direct manager which is because of his personality

      Cons

      Instability and continuous change that may risk one's future HR operations is horrible and constant change in benefits without prior knowledge or notice Very bad communications from HR and one has to chase for things all the time Communication overall is not good especially with HR Culture is toxic and certain people need to like you to stay at your job, otherwise you are out of the list
