- Infrastructure - Talent - G42 undoubtedly has the most talented tech team in the GCC, I learnt a lot from my colleagues and direct reportees

Cons

- Scatter shot approach to finding business - Too many managers and not enough actual experts - There is no strategy - Too much focus on finding new business opportunities, not enough on thinking about how to make it viable in the long term - Saying no is not an option – yes men are very successful

Good AI based projects You Can learn Big Data, AI even if you don't have enough educational Background.

Cons

No Clear vision. Highly politicized office culture. If you are Chinese speaker you have a great career path. Hate to Say Yes in UAE this company prefers. Chinese speakers. You need to be a YES MAN. You are not allowed to have different opinions. you will only get promotion if you do the Demo's . (Most of the Tech team leaves after fulfilling short term monetary needs) No Honest Appraisals. (For last 2 years) Entire HR team was fired during Dec 2020.
