1) Smart colleagues 2) Decent pay and benefits 3) Cloud infrastructure
Cons
1) There is a culture of overworking those who do good work and tolerating people who bring nothing to their role except that they can speak what the ceo wants to hear. 2) Lack of focus is a big problem, management is aware of it, but does nothing to change. They want get rich quick schemes without doing the hard work. 3) Hiring without a clear understanding of what to do with people - why hire a product manager if you can't let them to do their jobs?
