      Good and Bad

      Pros

      Willingness to spend money on training. Travel opportunities and good work/life balance. Co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Low yearly raises. Hard to get funding for projects. Little to no room for career growth. Will be consistently be told no when applying for other positions. Stuck doing extra work because the company takes far too long to fill open positions. Management is clueless and takes too long to make decisions. High turnover rate for salaried work force.

      Pros

      Willing to invest money and time to train you. Various training from Minitab to more specific training such as web handling. Good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to implement changes or get projects done.

      Great Organization with limited growth

      Great colleuages across the organization and bonus potential. Most of the leadership group is down to earth and accessible.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth in corporate roles and stagnant pay. Poor Work-life balance in most corporate functions.
