Great Benefits and the actual company culture. The company was big on helping the community and I really enjoyed being a part of that.

Cons

Though a great company itself, there are some things that need improve at this actual location and I rather not disclose in detail because I do love GAF as the company. I am not hear to bagger the company in any way. It's just this particular location really should be looked at under a microscope from corporate without their knowledge. There are things in this location that happen that I know goes against the GAF way.

Good work life balance. Co works are great people. They do treat they’re employees pretty well

Cons

There is a lot of incompetent people in management positions. Communication between departments is almost nonexistent.

Good salary, bonus and benefits.

Cons

Senior leadership has changed a lot in the last few years and as a result, the company has a different vibe and culture. Also, there are many employees who are now considered valuable and they are not.
